## Contracts and sales practices

- Door-to-door badge: Yes.
- Sales notes: Door-to-door is a core channel in all three PNW states: Axiom runs a D2D recruiting page (“Join Our Sales Team”) quoting 4-month summer earnings, and Google reviews for every PNW listing describe reps at the door. In a June 2026 BBB response Axiom said it uses “independent marketing partners”; the complainant said the rep on video called himself Axiom’s route manager. An Indeed review from “Sales Support, Orem, UT” fits the Utah-based summer sales model. One Portland-area Google reviewer (Julie V.) said the reps had no company ID or Gresham city solicitor pass. That is unverified: no solicitor-permit records were checked.
- Axiom said in a January 2026 BBB response that a customer’s agreement ran 18 months and that the term “is also printed in bold on the agreement near the consumers signature”. (counted in the score)
