Two plaintiffs sued Axiom Entities LLC and Axiom EPC of Oregon LLC under the Fair Labor Standards Act (nature of suit: 710 Labor: Fair Standards). On May 18, 2017 the court approved a settlement as “a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute under the FLSA” and dismissed the case with prejudice.
