## Contracts and sales practices

- Door-to-door badge: Not found.
- Sales notes: No evidence of door-to-door selling in Washington, Oregon and Idaho was found. Indeed showed only technician/manager roles in Washington and Idaho and none in Oregon. Terminix posts ‘Outside Sales Professional’ roles in other states, but a description could not be read, so it is not known whether they involve canvassing. BBB reviews describe salespeople/inspectors visiting after a customer contacted Terminix, not cold door-knocking. Web search to find more evidence was unavailable (quota exhausted).
- Company claim: the ‘Terminix It Guarantee’ promises re-treatment at no additional cost if pests come back.
- Company statement in a BBB response: when an agreement is cancelled, the service guarantee ends too, even if the period was paid for.

The page states no contract length, renewal terms or cancellation fee.
