Door-to-door sales: Yes

Door-to-door is confirmed for the PNW. Google reviewers on both PNW listings (Beaverton/Portland, Oregon and Spokane, Washington) describe salespeople at the door, ignoring No Soliciting signs, and verbal promises that conflicted with the contract. The company’s Handshake recruiting profile describes summer interns who “knock door-to-door for 8hrs a day” and names Oregon as a main market. Company-wide BBB complaints and reviews (2025–2026, locations not shown) describe the same pattern. Brooks runs its sales from an Orem, Utah office that it kept after selling its Bay Area operations to Clark in 2021. The list agent’s 2019 Dublin, California review is confirmed as the same company, but it is old and not from the PNW. No city solicitor permits were found: these needed web search, and the quota was exhausted.

• Alharbi v. Brooks Pest Control Inc. (C.D. Cal. 2:26-cv-07990): the defendant’s identity is still unconfirmed. The only free document, the civil cover sheet (doc 4), is a scanned image, and the complaint is on PACER.
• The OpenCorporates Washington record also lists a ‘STATEMENT OF TERMINATION’ (3 Aug 2024) followed by ‘REQUALIFICATION’ (26 Aug 2024). The record doesn’t mention these. Confirm on Washington CCFS, which blocked automated access.
