Tips about a company
Tell us the company’s name, where you are and what happened. If you have documents, such as a contract, a door hanger or a cancellation notice, say so in your email. If you’d rather not be named, say that up front. Tips are checked against public sources before anything is added to a page.
Corrections and right of reply
To report an error, send the address (URL) of the page, the statement you believe is wrong, and the source that shows the correct information. Sourced corrections are made on the page.
Companies named in a review can respond. Responses backed by a source are added to the company’s page, and anything shown to be wrong is corrected. Read how we handle corrections.
