Door-to-door is a core channel in all three PNW states: Axiom runs a D2D recruiting page (“Join Our Sales Team”) quoting 4-month summer earnings, and Google reviews for every PNW listing describe reps at the door. In a June 2026 BBB response Axiom said it uses “independent marketing partners”; the complainant said the rep on video called himself Axiom’s route manager. An Indeed review from “Sales Support, Orem, UT” fits the Utah-based summer sales model. One Portland-area Google reviewer (Julie V.) said the reps had no company ID or Gresham city solicitor pass. That is unverified: no solicitor-permit records were checked.

  BBB complainant (Oct 2025) disputes a $299 cancellation fee and says a door-to-door sale at their home in May 2024 came without the written three-day cancellation notice and forms that, in the complainant’s view, the federal Cooling-Off Rule requires. Axiom responded that the agreement was reviewed by phone and emailed the same day, that the exception does not apply after more than a year of service, and that the balance is due. This is a consumer allegation, not a finding.⁹

  Hays v. Axiom Entities LLC, No. 3:16-cv-01942 (D. Or.). Two plaintiffs sued Axiom Entities LLC and Axiom EPC of Oregon LLC under the Fair Labor Standards Act (nature of suit: 710 Labor: Fair Standards). On May 18, 2017 the court approved a settlement as “a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute under the FLSA” and dismissed the case with prejudice. A settlement exhibit was filed under seal, so the amount is not public. The complaint PDF is a scanned image and could not be read, so the specific wage allegations are not recorded.²⁹

• Reddit comment threads: not fetched yet. The October 12, 2026 API search returned each post’s title and first 900 characters only; replies, which can hold further first-hand reports, were not read.
• One web search made before the quota ran out found no AG/FTC action or consumer lawsuit, only consumer complaints. A CourtListener RECAP search turned up one 2016 FLSA wage suit (settled). State courts (Oregon eCourt, Washington and Idaho) were not searched. Absence of results is not proof that no records exist.
