In a March 2025 BBB response, the company said the complainant had signed up for 12 months of service and could cancel immediately for a $150 fee, equal to the discount taken off the initial service.8
“you are welcome to cancel your account effective immediately for the cancellation fee of $150, which is equal to the discount you received off your initial service when you signed up for 12-months of service.”
In 2018 the owner described cancellation as returning the initial-service discount from a ‘5 service package’ (owner reply on Angi).6
