Terms of Service (updated 2023): cancelling before the end of the initially scheduled services triggers a $250 contract termination fee; later cancellation must be in writing and prior to 30 days of the next scheduled service.8

The company says one-time services carry no warranty and that it offered to move the customer to a monthly subscription with no contract and no cancellation fee. The company’s reply says the customer reported it to the Oregon Attorney General; no public Oregon AG action was found (Oregon DOJ site search only, not proof of absence).
