All three residential packages (Diamond General Pest, Diamond General Pest +, Platinum Premium Home Service) are quarterly applications.11
Warranty: one year for general pests, tied to the continued quarterly program; extra service calls during the warranty period at no charge.12
Platinum includes a Boracare borate crawlspace treatment with a 10-year warranty limited to subterranean termites in the crawlspace.12
The company told BBB that its $50 monthly payment is financing for a 12-month annual service agreement with four quarterly visits, not a per-visit charge. The complainant cited a $250 cancellation fee.13
