Terms of Service (updated 2023): cancelling before the end of the initially scheduled services triggers a $250 contract termination fee; later cancellation must be in writing and prior to 30 days of the next scheduled service.8

BBB complaint (Order Issues, Resolved). The consumer thought the contract was month-to-month, then learned it was a one-year quarterly contract paid at $50/month. They reported a five-month service gap after Dec 24, 2025 and a $250 cancellation fee. The company replied on 05/08/2026, offering cancellation with no fee and a $150 refund, and the consumer accepted.13
