Two independent first-hand reports of a $95 cancellation fee on PNW branch listings: a customer of the Spokane branch (Angi Pasco listing, April 2013) says he was told by phone that the only way to cancel ‘per the signed agreement’ was to pay $95; a Moses Lake-listing customer (June 2017) says that, after being told at sign-up they could cancel any time, they were told of the $95 fee when they asked to cancel (the reviewer adds that the fee is in the contract). Both reports predate the 2023 PestCo acquisition.^{14, 19}

The website Terms of Use (PestCo, effective 7/20/2023) require binding AAA arbitration and an individual-only (no class) basis for disputes ‘relating to the application, interpretation, implementation or validity of these Terms’, with Delaware law and St. Louis venue. These terms govern use of the website; no source shows whether the residential service agreement has an arbitration clause.²⁰
