How do I cancel Vertex Pest Control, and is there a cancellation fee?

As of October 11, 2026, Vertex Pest Control’s own terms or statements set a 12-month minimum term. In a BBB complaint response, Vertex Pest Control said: “the contract is for an initial period of 12 months, and that if cancelled early the customer is responsible for 60% of the remaining balance.” We found no published renewal, cancellation-method or dispute terms.
