Or. 3:24-cv-00887), EcoShield’s complaint alleges that a GRIT sales representative in the Portland market boasted, “We already kicked out Insight [Pest Solutions], Brooks [Pest Control], Saela [Pest Control]”. The court’s 3/18/2025 opinion separately notes that defendants asked it to take judicial notice of the websites of “four pest-control companies operating in Portland”, including Saela; the court declined. These are a party’s allegation and request, not findings, and no wrongdoing by Saela is alleged.44
