Saela is not a party. In EcoShield Pest Solutions Portland, LLC v. Grit Marketing, LLC (D. Or. 3:24-cv-00887), EcoShield’s complaint alleges that a GRIT sales representative in the Portland market boasted, “We already kicked out Insight [Pest Solutions], Brooks [Pest Control], Saela [Pest Control]”. The court’s 3/18/2025 opinion separately notes that defendants asked it to take judicial notice of the websites of “four pest-control companies operating in Portland”, including Saela; the court declined. These are a party’s allegation and request, not findings, and no wrongdoing by Saela is alleged.44

BBB complainant (Oct 2025) disputes a $299 cancellation fee and says a door-to-door sale at their home in May 2024 came without the written three-day cancellation notice and forms that, in the complainant’s view, the federal Cooling-Off Rule requires. Axiom responded that the agreement was reviewed by phone and emailed the same day, that the exception does not apply after more than a year of service, and that the balance is due. This is a consumer allegation, not a finding.9

Hays v. Axiom Entities LLC, No. 3:16-cv-01942 (D. Or.). Two plaintiffs sued Axiom Entities LLC and Axiom EPC of Oregon LLC under the Fair Labor Standards Act (nature of suit: 710 Labor: Fair Standards). On May 18, 2017 the court approved a settlement as “a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute under the FLSA” and dismissed the case with prejudice. A settlement exhibit was filed under seal, so the amount is not public. The complaint PDF is a scanned image and could not be read, so the specific wage allegations are not recorded.29
